1987 - 2002 Inaugural coach for Bay High Girls Soccer, 1987; 8 time SWC and Greater Cleveland Coachof the Year Inaugural coach for Bay High Girls Soccer, 1987; 8 time SWC and Greater Cleveland Coachof the Year During his tenure, Bay won 11 SWC Championships, 13 District Championships and 2 Regional and 2 State Championships The 1999 squad won a State Championship with a 20-2-1 record and was ranked #5 in the final NSCAA National Poll. His final team won a second State Championship in 2002 (19-2-2) in his final game as head coach at Bay Developed 5 NSCAA High School All-Americans, 21 OSSCA All-Ohio, 2 OSSCA Ohio Players of the Year, and 8 SWC MVPs 2-time Ohio Coach of the Year and also named All- Central Region Named NSCAA Girls High School Soccer National Coach of the Year 1993 2002 OSSCA Ron Pinsenchaum Award for Sportsmanship, 2002 OHSAA Award for Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity
